Project Management




Even before the start of the design phase, or before the design contract is awarded, INTERDRAW informs the Client with regards to the possible design solutions in order to achieve the desired result and with regards to implications of the various design solutions assessing the impact on cost and quality control.

During the procurement phase for the construction works contract, INTERDRAW will provide a series of services.

For the construction phase, the main control instrument is the schedule of works, which includes the quality control and monitoring procedures and all other information made available by the Contractor, as the supply schedule for materials and equipments on site.

   

Lender's Supervisor




The main activities performed by INTERDRAW as Lender’s Supervisor are:

    a)  Prepare an initial overview report that covers mainly the following items: review of the Construction works Contract and of all technical documentation attached to it, as much as any other project documentation in order to be able to confirm that the project plans cover all the required works for a complete construction; review of the total project costs & cash flow, construction schedule;
    b)  Monthly progress report to be produced and submitted to the Lender on a monthly basis on all contractual, financial and administrative issue with regards to the development.
    c)  Prepare and issue to the Lender the Completion Report that will confirm that the project has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, that the buildings are ready for use as per local regulations and applicable legal requirements and that as-built docs are in place and complete.

Facility Management




The Facility Management services provided by INTERDRAW are directed to residential, office and industrial buildings, performed during the operational phase of a building’s life cycle, which normally extends over many decades. As such, it will represent a continuous process of service provision to support the owner’s core business and one where improvement will be sought on a continuous basis. This is accomplished by managing some of the following activities: Environmental Health and Safety, mechanical systems, power systems, building systems, life/safety systems, space management
