INTERDRAW ofera o serie de servicii cum ar fi Project Management, Lender's Supervisor, Construction Management. Interdraw este o companie ce ofera servicii de: construction management, construction project management, project management, cost management, dirigentie de santier, proiectare constructii, project planner, primavera project planner. Project management include 3 faze Faza de proiectare, de procurement si constructive. Construction Management este un serviciu profesional aplicat proiectelor de constructie prin intermediul planificarii, proiectarii, fazelor de constructie si post-constructie in scopul atingerii obiectivelor proiectului inclusiv managementul calitatii, costurilor, timpului si obiectivelor, din partea Contractorului.

Lender's supervisor

The main activities performed by INTERDRAW as Lender’s Supervisor are:

a)    Prepare an initial overview report that covers mainly the following items: review of the Construction works Contract and of all technical documentation attached to it, as much as any other project documentation in order to be able to confirm that the project plans cover all the required works for a complete construction; review of the total project costs & cash flow, construction schedule, and confirm to the Lender that all these documents are realistic with respect to the Project goals; review of the building permit and any other relevant permit, and confirm that they are in force and that the Contractor has the permission to construct the buildings included in the project.

b)    Monthly progress report to be produced and submitted to the Lender on a monthly basis on all contractual, financial and administrative issue with regards to the development. The monthly progress report includes the certification of all the works completed to date in accordance with the plans and specifications, cost comparison against the approved project budget and identification of possible budget overruns, monitor the performance and comment on the progress against the agreed construction schedule, description of the works certified, etc.

c)    Prepare and issue to the Lender the Completion Report that will confirm that the project has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, that the buildings are ready for use as per local regulations and applicable legal requirements and that as-built docs are in place and complete.
