Even before the start of the design phase, or before the design contract is awarded, INTERDRAW informs the Client with regards to the possible design solutions in order to achieve the desired result and with regards to implications of the various design solutions assessing the impact on cost and quality control. The process is aimed to elaborate the technical specifications at a highly competitive level in view of achieving a high quality project which complies fully to the Client needs.

Procurement PhaseDuring the procurement phase for the construction works contract, INTERDRAW will provide a series of services.

Construction PhaseFor the construction phase, the main control instrument is the schedule of works, which includes the quality control and monitoring procedures and all other information made available by the Contractor, as the supply schedule for materials and equipments on site.
The management of project implementation and the contract management are the two main directions of project control during this phase. |
